Electronic Consent Disclosure

Introduction:

By submitting a loan pre-qualification request (referred to as "Request"), you acknowledge that our services are conducted exclusively through the Internet. To proceed, we require your consent to receive certain legally required disclosures, notices, and information ("Disclosures") electronically. This document outlines your rights regarding the receipt of Disclosures from BluePagesPro and the lender(s) associated with your Request. By completing and submitting a Request through us, you confirm that you have received this document and provide your consent to receive these Disclosures electronically.

Electronic Communications:

All Disclosures related to your Request will be provided to you electronically through our consumer reporting agency and technology provider, Fraud Protection Network Inc. You will receive these Disclosures either:
(i) directly to the email address you provide on your Request (or any updated address you provide later); or
(ii) on our website. If Disclosures are available on our website, we will notify you in advance of the appropriate website address and send an email or regular mail notice if that address changes.

Consenting to do Business Electronically:

By checking the box next to "Consent to Electronic Disclosures" and clicking on the "Continue" button, you agree that Fraud Protection Network Inc. ("FPN") may provide Disclosures to you electronically. Disclosures include any information that, by law, we are required to provide to you in writing regarding your loan pre-qualification or any resulting or subsequent transactions with us. These Disclosures encompass agreements, periodic statements, privacy policies, adverse action notices, and other relevant notices.

Hardware and Software Requirements:

To access, view, and retain Disclosures, you must have:
(i) a valid working email account; and
(ii) access to a computer, operating system, and internet connection capable of receiving, accessing, displaying, and either printing or storing Disclosures electronically. Additionally, you need browser software that supports 256-bit security encryption and Adobe Reader® version 9.0 or higher. We will notify you of any changes to these requirements that may pose a risk of preventing you from receiving Disclosures electronically.

Withdrawing Consent:

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Disclosures at any time by contacting us at 1-844-258-7767, emailing us at support@bluepages.pro, or writing to us at 1240 see 14th ct Deerfield Beach FL 33441. There is no fee associated with withdrawing your consent. Please note that withdrawing your consent will not affect the legal effectiveness, validity, and enforceability of prior electronic Disclosures. The withdrawal of your consent will be effective after we have had a reasonable period of time to process your request.

Paper Copies:

You have the option to request a paper copy of any Disclosure by contacting us through the channels provided above. To the extent permitted by law, a $10 processing fee may be assessed for each request for a paper copy.

Changes to Email Address:

Please promptly notify us of any changes to your email address by contacting us through the channels provided above.

Your Ability to Access Disclosures:

By checking the box next to "Consent to Electronic Disclosures" and clicking on the "Continue" button, you confirm that you have the necessary ability to access the Disclosures in the formats described above.
