Experience – We have veteran professionals with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Based on our extensive knowledge, we strive to understand the requirements of each individual client and familiarize ourselves with the details of each facility.
Management – Our managers are “hands on” with all of our processes. We do not sub-contract any aspects of our services. Our employee managers have received certifications from the Cleaning Management Institute, Blood Pathogens Training from the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International, and Health Care and Building Maintenance.
Quality – In order to achieve superior quality control and excellent customer service, we combine traditional inspection-oriented systems with continuous progressive education protocols to create the TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) package. Our objective is to minimize job performances errors and seek avenues to reduce your operating costs.
