The company was formed originally as a service company and handled service on all types of heating equipment - oil, gas and electric as well as air conditioning. As the company grew, it began selling and installing new heating equipment, air conditioning and heat pumps. About this time, the manufactured housing industry began to mature, and we developed a department to handle the special requirements of both manufactured home dealer and owner. Our commitment towards our duty has made us the leader in both sales and service of furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps for the manufactured housing in central Indiana.
