Not only do we educate our customers, we empower them! We’ve had cases where a customer will call with a problem with their AC or heater, and we end up helping them fix it themselves right over the phone. We’re not in the business of ripping people off and whenever the situation allows, we’ll always offer up ways to troubleshoot and fix it yourself – trust us, we know which things that can safely be done yourself and which can’t.
